Refund policy

At Penetrate, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully:

  1. Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products (custom or limited-run designs), we only accept returns if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Tags still on, not worn or washed.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via email or via Instagram with your order number and a description of the issue.

  1. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

  1. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Please see our Shipping Policy for handling lost or damaged packages.

  • We aim to assist with issues, but replacements are provided at our discretion.
