All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
We ship worldwide using reliable carriers. Estimated delivery times:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Rates may vary based on order weight. Free shipping may be offered for orders over a specified amount.
International customers may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. If tracking is delayed, please allow 2–3 business days for updates.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Replacement or refund will be offered on a case-by-case basis.
